Applications for reexamination must be completed and postmarked by March 1 for the spring exam. No Exceptions will be made.  

All examinations are usually administered in Salem. Candidates will be notified of the actual exam date and site by mail prior to the exam.

Fee: $40.00. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
