Certified Water Right Examiner Study Guide and Information for Examination


The Certified Water Right Examiner (CWRE) test is given annually. Applicants will have four hours to complete the test. The exam consists of multiple choice and true/false questions, questions requiring the performance of calculations, and questions requiring the applicant to select items from lists.

Equipment
The exam is an open book examination.  Applicants may use textbooks and bound reference materials. 

Applicant should bring pencils, an approved calculator. Calculators with word-processing capabilities (QWERTY keypad), laptop, handheld, palmtop computers, CD-ROM or other mass data retrieval devices such as databanks, data collectors, and organizers are not allowed.  The use of a cellular phone is not allowed.
